I knew my birth chart by the time I was twelve.

It started with a horoscope magazine from my aunt, followed by my first astrology book, Linda Goodman’s Sun Signs. What began as curiosity became a lifelong study. Years later, after my mother passed away, I discovered that she, too, had quietly studied astrology. Somehow, everything clicked.

Along the way, I built a life I love. I’m married and the mother of two boys, who have taught me as much about life, love and becoming ourselves as anything I’ve ever studied.

About ten years ago, I began studying astrology more formally. Then a breast cancer diagnosis deepened my relationship with the questions astrology had always invited me to explore: Who am I? What am I here to learn? Why is this happening? How can knowing myself more deeply change the way I live?

Eventually, my girlfriends began bringing me their questions, too: Am I on the right path? Why does this pattern keep repeating? Who am I becoming?

Those conversations—sometimes deep and probing, sometimes fun and full of laughter, but always illuminating— became The Astrology Atelier: a place to explore and share the art of astrology with others.
