Welcome to The Astrology Atelier. By accessing this website, booking a reading or service, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with The Astrology Atelier, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. About The Astrology Atelier
The Astrology Atelier provides astrology readings, educational content, written materials, events, workshops, private group experiences, and related services.
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. Services offered by The Astrology Atelier are intended to encourage personal reflection, self-awareness, exploration, and insight.
2. Astrology Is Not Professional Advice
Astrology readings and content provided by The Astrology Atelier are for informational, educational, and personal reflection purposes only.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. If you have concerns requiring professional assistance, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. No Guarantees or Predictions of Certain Outcomes
Astrology explores patterns, themes, cycles, tendencies, and possibilities. It does not determine your future.
The Astrology Atelier does not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, opportunity, event, relationship outcome, financial result, career development, or other circumstance discussed during a reading will occur.
A reading should be understood as an interpretive tool rather than a statement of certainty.
4. Birth Information and Accuracy
Astrological interpretations depend upon the birth information provided by the client, including birth date, birth time, and birth location.
You are responsible for providing accurate information. The Astrology Atelier is not responsible for interpretations affected by incorrect or incomplete birth information supplied by a client.
5. Booking and Payment
Prices, session lengths, and descriptions of services are provided on the website at the time of booking and may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due according to the terms presented during booking.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to reschedule a private reading, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be non-refundable or subject to a rescheduling fee.
The Astrology Atelier reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant.
For parties, retreats, workshops, corporate events, and other private group bookings, cancellation and payment terms may be established separately at the time of booking.
7. Parties, Retreats and Private Events
The Astrology Atelier may provide astrology experiences for parties, retreats, corporate gatherings, and other private groups.
The individual or organization booking the event is responsible for communicating relevant event details and expectations to participants.
Because group and event readings are generally shorter than private consultations, they are intended to provide a focused introduction or snapshot rather than a comprehensive interpretation of an individual's birth chart.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
The Astrology Atelier respects the personal nature of astrology consultations and will treat information shared during private readings with care and discretion.
Information may be handled as further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Astrology Atelier is not a medical or mental-health provider, and its services should not be understood as creating a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
9. Minors
Astrology services for individuals under 18 should be booked or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
The Astrology Atelier reserves the right to decline or limit readings involving minors when appropriate.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the written content, educational materials, reports, graphics, branding, original interpretations, downloadable materials, and other original content appearing on The Astrology Atelier website or provided as part of its services belong to The Astrology Atelier and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. They may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. Third-Party Materials and Services
The website may occasionally reference or link to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, software, books, resources, or other services.
The Astrology Atelier is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, or performance of third-party services.

By participating in a reading or using this website, you acknowledge that astrology is interpretive in nature and that you retain responsibility for your own choices and decisions.
13. Right to Decline or Discontinue Services
The Astrology Atelier reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate a service or client relationship when necessary, including in circumstances involving inappropriate, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
Any refund due in such circumstances will be determined based on the services already provided and the circumstances involved.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The most current version will be posted on this website with the date of the latest revision.
Continued use of the website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
